Design & Prototyping

ATS prides itself on its ability to offer a vast range of Engineering Services to a wide customer base and over the Years has developed a wealth of knowledege that can be offered to its customers at a very early project concept level.

Utilising the latest CAD Packages including Catia, Unigraphics and Solid Works our Design team offer a fully dedicated design service to industries as diverse as Automotive, Medical, Aerospace, Motorsports, Packaging & Building Products amongst a great many others, this service is not limited to mechanical design alone and also includes electronic systems design.

Following on from the initial design stage ATS also offers a wide range of prototyping techniques from rapid SLA, SLA, FDM modelling right up-to fully machined & painted functional master models or rapid injection moulded parts and everything in between.

ATS are happy to be employed at any stage of the project for individual services but can also offer a fully bespoke service from initial design concepts through to production & delivery of parts inlcuding validation.
