Automation Equipment & Fixtures

ATS design, develop and manufacture a wide variety of automation equipment for a number of industry sectors including Automotive, Aerospace, Medical and the Packaging sectors, the type and complexity of machinery produced can vary from simple insertion machines up-to the most complex assembly and automated wrapping production cells.

The ATS design engineers not only utilise the latest in CAD software to design the machinery but also rely on our more traditional pattern making techniques to manufacture "Proof of Concept" models to prove-out mechanisms using real-time materials, the final designs are created in 3-D and can include the factory environment and operators in position thus enabling our customers to gain a true understanding of the ergonomics of the system.

ATS have been designing & manufacturing checking fixtures, predominantly for the Automove industry for over 25 years ranging from simple CMM holding fixtures up-to complex electronic checking systems. All fixtures are designed in 3D and are inspected using our in-house CMMs and come complete with Gauge R & R studys.
